Able to manage projects through to successful completion
Promote & encourage good working relations between design teams & main contractors
Managing, developing & monitoring operatives & resources working on projects
Provide leadrship, direction, motivation & discipline
Achieve quality & productivity targets
Management of Site Health & Safety and implemention of site safety plans
Excellent interpersonal skills, be motivated & confident
